My Writing Projects

These days most of my writing-related activities relate to my work as publisher of Wild Sage Press, including writing my Wild Sage blog. I have been writing ever since I can remember. My first published poem appeared in the pages of the Western Producer's Young Cooperators when I was nine years old, under the pen name Gazelle. My first published short story appeared in Our 7 Cents Worth, a newsletter my brother Meldon and I started when we were in elementary school. Below are the pieces I wrote when I was older! (including some still searching for a publishing home - feel free to contact me if you are interested!)
